Abstract

The text describes a workshop that aims to teach scientific terminology in Italian through experiments designed by Galileo Galilei to understand gravity. The workshop promotes interdisciplinary learning by integrating language and science. It consists of an introduction, four classes, and an annex. Each class contains an experiment, short questionnaires, pronunciation and writing exercises, grammar quizzes, and guidelines for creating a video in Italian explaining the experiment. The workshop concludes with an explanation of the theoretical basis of the experiments. The workshop is useful for anyone over the age of 9 and is accessible on the website: https://sites.google.com/view/experimentosdegalileo/nivel-principiante-e-intermedio

The website provides access to the workshop materials, including videos, handouts, and quizzes. Participants who complete the workshop and pass the quizzes will receive a certificate of completion.
